Why Us

What is a Design Thinking Workshop?

What is it?

Design Thinking Workshop

A Design Thinking Workshop is a hands-on, activity-based learning experience that helps participants tackle problems with creativity and empathy. Instead of relying only on theory, participants engage in collaborative exercises that mimic real-world innovation processes—moving from understanding user needs, to brainstorming, to building and testing solutions. It’s not just about design—it’s about reframing challenges, sparking new ideas, and building confidence in problem-solving skills.

Who is it For?

Design Thinking is universal.

  • Educators & Teachers – looking to reimagine classrooms and improve student engagement.
  • Students (Postgraduate, Computer Science, Business, Design, Social Sciences) – seeking practical skills to stand out in academics and careers.
  • Startup Teams & Entrepreneurs – wanting to validate ideas and test solutions quickly.
  • Corporate Teams – aiming to improve collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric thinking.
  • Designers & Professionals – exploring new ways to solve user challenges creatively.
Why Should You Attend?

By the end of the workshop, you will:

✅ Learn a proven innovation framework used by global companies like Google, IDEO, and IBM.
✅ Develop the ability to see problems through the eyes of the user.
✅ Build rapid prototypes to test ideas without heavy investment.
✅ Improve teamwork, collaboration, and brainstorming skills.
✅ Walk away with confidence and tools to apply design thinking in studies, careers, or business.

Who am I

Your Facilitator

Imran Khattak

User Experience Design Specialist

Hi, I’m Imran Khattak — a User Experience Design Specialist, Consultant and Founder of Greyscale Logic. We help startups and organizations design better digital products through research, strategy, and human-centered design.

Over the past two decades, we’ve worked across industries like aerospace training, education, healthcare, and enterprise software — blending creativity with technical understanding to solve real problems.

I learnt and implemented the Design Thinking methodology early in my career and found it to be the only practical and wholesome way problems can be solved. Now I want to share this with you and everyone who wants to get things done effectively and efficiently.

These Design Thinking workshops are all about learning by doing. I take participants through real problems, guided exercises, and collaborative discussions to make design thinking practical and approachable.

No matter your background — engineering, marketing, teaching, management, or design — you’ll leave with a new way to think critically and solve challenges creatively.

Why me?

What makes me a good facilitator is my ability to connect with people — no matter their background or experience. I listen closely, ask the right questions, and create an environment where everyone feels heard and included. My sessions are designed to draw out ideas from every participant, helping teams think openly and collaborate with purpose.
